We are able to supply side entry trunnion ball valves designed to conform to API 6D valve standard to meet the valve applications requirements of the onshore and offshore Oil and Gas, Oil Refining and Processing, and Petrochemical industries.

Side entry valves are designed as robust, severe service valves, capable of withstanding operation at high pressure (ANSI #2500) and to provide consistent and reliable zero shut off.  These valves are the ideal for emergency shutdown applications for hydrocarbon service.

Design Standard: API 6D Specification for Pipeline Valves (Ball)

Standard Sizes:    DN25 to DN 600, 1” to 24”, Full and Reduced bore (larger sizes on request)

Pressure rating:       ANSI 150 thro’ to ANSI 2500 full rating

Temperature range:    -196°C to +500°

Firesafe Standards: API 6FA Specification for Fire Test of Valves

Seat Leak Testing:    ISO 5208, or ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V and VI, or other international testing standard.

Flange Connection:   Flanged to ASME B16.5 (1” to 24”) or Buttweld to ASME B16.25

Mechanical joints:    Seal designs and materials to meet customer specifications (dependent on application)

Top Flange:    ISO 5211

Operation: Manual operation with gearbox or Automatic using an actuator.

Materials of Construction: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Incoloy and most commercially available forged/bar materials.
