Top entry trunnion ball valves are designed for process isolation applications in the Oil and Gas, Oil Processing, and Petrochemical industries.  A feature of top entry design ball valves is the allow the valve internals to be accessed by removing the top cover flange so that the internals can be removed and serviced.

Another feature of tope entry ball valves is they are designed for hydrocarbon service and therefore conform to fire safe testing standards such as API 6FA.

Sizes:    DN25 to DN 600, 1” to 12”, Full and Reduced bore

Pressure rating:       ANSI 150 thru’ to ANSI 2500

Temperature range:    -196°C to +500°C

Seat leakage:    ISO 5208 or ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V and VI, or other international testing standard

End connection:    Flanged to ASME B16.5 or Buttweld to ASME B16.25

Mechanical joints:    as per customer specifications

Operation: Manual Gearbox or actuated to meet customer actuator specification.

Materials of Construction: carbon and stainless steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, Hastelloy and any other commercially available forged material.
